SCFE Scholarships
SCFE Scholarships are awarded to eligible spouses and children of active duty, reserve, retired and Gold Star Families of ALL RANKS in and around the JBLE communities. Applicants must be a U.S. DoD ID card holder associated with the Spouses' Club of Fort Eustis as a member, or dependent of one. And, applicants must have plans to enroll, or be currently enrolled in an accredited university, college, trade, or technical school program.
